HA, Just kiddin'.  It was.  But so many people are announcing it that I figured I'd mix it up a bit.  I'm not in a rush to install it since I just got finished with RC1 and it's working nicely.  When I DO upgrade, at least I know it's not going to break namespaces all over the place like the change from Microsoft.Web to System.Web.    Still it's a pain on a production box because you have to uninstall the old one first; unless you have a fancy pants web farm.  If you don't, here's the usual recipe for success:

Step 1: Pray

Step 2: Wait until your boss is asleep, drink cup of coffee, tape eyeballs open, slap self

Step 3: Uninstall previous version

Step 4: Pray

Step 5: While continuing to pray, Install new version (make sure you have it downloaded already)

Step 6:  Don't stop praying and then test

Step 7: Mutter obscenity and change the thing in web.config that you forgot to change.

Step 8: Test

Step 9:  Aww yeah
